Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Because we are a small business, we offer Store Credit Only on approved returns. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of damage, stains, or alterations
• Returned with original tags attached

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items
• Accessories (hats, handbags, jewelry)
• Gift cards

How to request a return: Log in to your account, select the order, and submit a return request. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for sending your item back. Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the return.

Railroad Refinery reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
